  4. * All Arrangements - loads and stores all 
  5.     of the arrangements in the i30
  6.  
  7. * Arrangement - load and stores the current
  8.     arrangement selected in the i30
  9.  
  10. * there are no editors for this data
  11.

  13. * IMPORTANT! Many of the i30 SysX dumps
  14.   will only transmit if the "Flter, MIDI" page
  15.   is selected in the Global area. You must
  16.   do this manually, there is no way for
  17.   Midi Quest to automate it.
  18.  
  19. * IMPORTANT! The i30 features a poor
  20.   SysX implementation. For all dumps
  21.   except individual "Patch" and "Drums"
  22.   transmissions, the i30 must be placed
  23.   in a special receive mode. To enter
  24.   this receive mode, please:
  25.   - Press the Global button
  26.   - Press the MENU button
  27.   - Choose the "Filter, MIDI" page
  28.   - Press the menu select button in the
  29.     upper right corner of the screen
  30.   - in the menu, choose "Receive Dumped
  31.     Data"
  32.   - start the dump from Midi Quest
  33.  
  34. * IMPORTANT! As a result of the above,
  35.   you can not send a Group as a single
  36.   dump. You must set up and send each
  37.   type of data separately. Again this applies
  38.   go all data types except Patch and Drums.
  39.   For example, if you are editing a Song, 
  40.   make all of the necessary edits, follow the
  41.   above proceedure to place the i30 in
  42.   receive dump mode and then manually
  43.   send the data from Midi Quest. Our
  44.   apologies, there is no way around this!
  45.   (The above applies to multiple i30 entries
  46.   in a DBase as well)

  48. * TURN ON SYSTEM EXCLUSIVE
  49.   The i30 ships with SysX disabled. 
  50.   To turn it on:
  51.   - Press the Global button
  52.   - Press the Menu button
  53.   - Choose the "Filter, MIDI" page
  54.   - Ensure "Enable Exclusive" is checked
  55.  
  56. * Match the software's Comm Ch to the
  57.   instrument's Global MIDI Channel 
  58.   - Press the Global button
  59.   - Press the Menu button
  60.   - Choose the "Filter, MIDI" page
  61.   - Verify that the software's CommCh and
  62.     the instrument's Global channel are the
  63.     same
